Principal + Co-Founder

Charlie embarked on his journey in the Independent Insurance Industry back in 2012, leveraging his background in entertainment services to establish himself as a leading broker for entertainment and production rentals.

In 2019, Charlie's dedication and expertise led to his appointment as Vice President of his former agency, subsequently elevating him to the role of President at IBA-BGP (Insurance Brokers and Agents of Burbank, Glendale & Pasadena).

An innate entrepreneur, Charlie is committed to providing his clients with unparalleled service. He goes above and beyond by ensuring his availability round the clock, readily accessible via phone or text, even during off hours.

In addition to his leadership roles within the industry, Charlie plays a pivotal role in leading our production team and driving the company towards continued success. His strategic vision and dedication to excellence serve as guiding principles in shaping our company's trajectory.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Charlie finds fulfillment in his role as a husband to Nicole, his partner of 13 years, and as a father to their four children.

However, destiny had alternate plans for Roger. During his college tenure, an internship at Farmers Insurance unveiled the numerous opportunities within the insurance realm. He then transitioned to the tech sector, joining a blockchain start-up where he was instrumental in scaling operations and deepened his knowledge of blockchain risk and security. Wesley Deaver has lived in various parts of the Los Angeles area, from Burbank to his current home in the Santa Clarita Valley. He has been happily married to his wonderful wife Gabrielle for nearly 7 years, and they are parents to a 2-year-old daughter and a newborn baby girl.

Wesley's journey in the insurance industry includes almost 5 years at a body shop managing repairs and claims directly with insurance companies, followed by 3 years with one of the largest insurance carriers in the US, specifically managing claims. This background has equipped him with a deep understanding of claims processes, which he now leverages as a broker to guide clients through their own claims experiences.

At Greyhawk, Wesley manages the group health department, assisting clients with the open enrollment process and daily servicing of their employees' needs. His personal health challenges over the past 5 years have fueled his commitment to ensuring clients have a solid understanding of their benefits and plans that meet their needs.

Outside of work, Wesley enjoys outdoor activities with close friends and family. He and his wife are active members of Grace Community Church, where they have built cherished friendships over the past 9 years.

Makenna Hamrick is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the Greyhawk team, bringing a background of customer service experience and a passion for learning. Having lived in Southern California her entire life, Makenna recently completed her associate's degree at community college and is now pursuing a bachelor's in criminal justice studies at CSUN.

Makenna's journey in the insurance industry began at Farmers Insurance, where she worked for a year as a receptionist and administrative assistant. This role equipped her with invaluable customer service skills and practical experience, paving the way for her current position at Greyhawk. Her earlier role at Crumbl Cookies also contributed to her customer service expertise.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Makenna is actively involved in her faith community. After attending Grace Baptist Church for a year and a half, she transitioned to Grace Community Church last July and now serves in the COC Bible Study group. Makenna's commitment to her faith and community service reflects her dedication to personal growth and helping others.
